Hi, I’m Bailey Stepps, the Administrative Manager at Hope Restorations. I oversee daily operations, provide support to staff, and ensure efficiency in administrative and accounting functions. With five years of experience, I bring professional expertise and personal lived experience to the table, allowing me to manage staff and foster a supportive, mission-driven environment.

I am a person in long-term recovery. My journey with Hope Restorations began six years ago as a program participant. After completing the program, I became a permanent staff member and have been dedicated to the organization’s mission ever since.

Outside of work, I enjoy crafting and refinishing furniture for resale at local vendor booths. I also love spending time with my mom and my dog. I’m passionate about recovery and finding new purpose in things—whether it’s a piece of furniture or a fresh start in life.
