VP of Administration & Women’s Programming

Hi, I’m Norma Barnes, VP of Administration and Director of Women’s Programming at Hope Restorations. In my role, I oversee daily operations, staff management, and financial oversight, with 20 years of management experience.

Before joining Hope Restorations, I worked as a Child Support Agent at Pitt County Government. I earned my Associate’s Degree from Lenoir Community College.

Outside of work, I enjoy boating, the beach, and spending time with family. I’m passionate about my Faith and my role at Hope Restorations, and even upon retirement, I will continue to be a part of this Ministry.
