The House of Hope for Men

Hope Restorations’ transitional housing program offers a safe and supportive space for early recovery. Participants can focus on rebuilding their lives, finding balance, and creating a strong foundation for the future. Our 24/7 staff and mentors are always there, providing guidance, building trust, and helping every step of the way.

Our newly opened House of Hope for Men is located in La Grange, NC. With the capacity to house up to thirty-five adult men at a time, our participants’ long-term success rates have increased. At the House Hope for Men, the participants follow a phase format recovery program, attend group meetings, activities, and skill classes.

How it started

After the establishment of the House of Hope for Women, Hope Restorations urgently needed placement for male participants. The Hill family of Kinston generously donated a facility that was previously a nursing home. With grants awarded from The Duke Endowment and others, Hope Restorations began renovations to transform the clinical facility into a welcoming, homey environment. The Refuge of Ayden, NC volunteered their time to paint the exterior (pictured below).
