House of Hope for Men Manager

Hi, I’m William Barnes. In my role as manager, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the House of Hope for Men located in La Grange, NC. As the House of Hope for Men Manager, I oversee participant support services, provide mentorship, and develop strong partnerships with referring and community agencies. My role focuses on building meaningful connections, coordinating resources, and creating pathways that help participants overcome barriers and achieve sustainable success.

I also work as a Material Damage Appraiser for NC Farm Bureau Insurance. I have a BS in Industrial Technology with a concentration in designing and drafting from East Carolina University. I also have certifications in the automotive and marine fields, as well as fire/EMT.

Outside of work, first and foremost, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Norma Barnes. I serve as the mayor and am a youth pastor in the town where I was raised, Grifton, NC.
